Associate Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships

Project Self-Sufficiency is a non-profit organization located in semi-rural northwestern New Jersey which has assisted low-income families along the path to economic self-sufficiency for more than 35 years. We are seeking an Associate Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships to assist with advancing the mission of the agency.
About the RoleThis dynamic professional will oversee fundraising activities related to advancing the mission of Project Self-Sufficiency, including developing and implementing strategies to establish robust connections with donors, prospects, partners, and volunteers.
Responsibilities- Development and implementation of fundraising strategies to advance the mission of Project Self-Sufficiency
- Establishment of robust connections with donors, prospects, partners, and volunteers
- At least five years of non-profit industry development experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Salary commensurate with previous experience and qualifications

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Health benefits, on-site childcare, and 401K plan available.
