Philanthropic Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Associate to join our team at the Ruderman Family Foundation. As a Program Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of high-impact programs and grants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program strategies to promote inclusion nationally and globally.
- Collaborate with directors and staff to develop and lead comprehensive programs and grants.
- Oversee program objectives by selecting and managing consultants and community leaders.
- Represent the organization at professional conferences and events.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a BA degree, 4 years of work experience in philanthropy, and 2-3 years of project management experience. You should also possess advanced research and writing skills, experience in budget development, and the ability to lead a team.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include employer-subsidized healthcare, an HSA plan, vision plan, dental plan, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
