Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Academic Data and Institutional Effectiveness to join our team at William James College, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data collection, analysis, and reporting to support institutional decision-making and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, research, and project management, with experience working in higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze large datasets to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve institutional performance and student success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data collection and reporting systems.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analysis and reporting tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a social science discipline or closely related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, research, and project management in higher education.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and statistical software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
