Join Our Team as a Guest Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at CAVA. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for food and beverages
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic restaurant environment
