Patient Safety Risk Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety Risk Management Coordinator to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. This role will be responsible for assisting with event reporting, investigation, and review, as well as root cause analysis and coordination of Risk Management/Patient Safety activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with event reporting, investigation, and review to identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of adverse events
- Coordinate Risk Management/Patient Safety activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage data management systems for Risk/Patient Safety programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement learnings from claims and improve patient safety
- Minimum of two years experience in an acute care setting with experience in quality management, case management, patient relations, or related areas
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- Expert Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
