About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Consultant - Risk Management Expert to join our team at BBSI. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our business-owner clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize losses and maximize business performance.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to educate and influence them on matters involving risk management, occupational health and safety, and behavior-based safety.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote a proactive risk management culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and occupational health and safety.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, occupational health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, RPIH, CHMM, CIH, or Six Sigma.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex risk management concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, safety, or engineering.
