Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with rotating weekends

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Coordinator for Patient Services is accountable for a variety of clerical responsibilities related to patient care. This includes:

  • Coordinating appointment schedules
  • Engaging with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Providing timely communication regarding admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Utilizing the Transport Tracker System to manage and input patient data, ensuring efficient operations across ancillary departments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

A minimum of six months of experience in administrative support and customer service is necessary.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.

Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
