Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of surgical case flow, including patient data and procedure details.
  • Collaborate with physicians, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless coordination of supplies and instruments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operating room efficiency and reduce wait times.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction and surgical outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.
