POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for welcoming patients and managing their check-in process by confirming personal details, insurance coverage, collecting co-payments, and facilitating the check-out process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warmly welcome patients, ensuring their personal and insurance information is accurate, while collecting co-payments and outstanding balances.
  • Assist patients during the check-out process in a courteous manner; coordinate follow-up appointments as necessary.
  • May require travel to various locations as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned, including support for other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, with a preference for six months of receptionist experience in a healthcare environment and familiarity with office equipment.
