Real Estate Team Member Wanted
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Business Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow with our team and take on leadership responsibilities.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the owner, handling tasks such as preparing listing packets, coordinating client events, and managing day-to-day office operations. They will also be responsible for marketing listings through social media channels and assisting clients throughout their experience to ensure exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the owner
* Prepare listing packets, place signs and lockboxes, and run errands
* Coordinate client events and manage the VIP client program
* Maintain and update database management systems
* Screen and direct phone calls; manage correspondence and requests
* Schedule meetings and appointments
* Produce reports, presentations, and other documents
* Assist clients throughout their experience to ensure exceptional service
* Grow in the role to hire, train, and oversee additional team members and take on leadership responsibilities within the team.

Requirements
* 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Experience with social media marketing a plus

Salary and Benefits
* Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
* Paid Time Off (PTO)
* Stipend Benefits Available
* Bonuses after 60 days.
