Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Personal Assistant at John Lee Real Estate with Keller Williams Blue Bell, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the executive's calendar and ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments and closings.
  • Coordinating all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring a smooth closing process.

  • Taking ownership of projects and tasks, identifying priorities, and anticipating the executive's needs.
  • Providing administrative and operational support for new business ventures.

Additionally, you will assist with managing the executive's portfolio of rental properties, including coordinating maintenance, communicating with tenants, and tracking finances. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate complex situations is crucial in this role.
