Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $145,000.00 Annually
The Project Manager will oversee and direct the project team throughout all stages of assigned projects, including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership support to the CM&B project team, which includes superintendents, field personnel, project coordinators, administrative staff, and accounting.
- Manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring high client satisfaction through clear communication, adherence to schedules, and setting clear expectations for all stakeholders.
- Achieve project objectives by thoroughly understanding project scope and requirements, establishing and maintaining site standards, allocating and managing resources, assessing construction progress, resolving design challenges, and implementing changes as necessary.
- Oversee construction contracts, including the preparation and execution of Owner contracts prior to the start of construction.
- Manage insurance and bonding requirements, ensuring compliance with Owner specifications and initiating requests for necessary insurance certificates.
- Handle project permitting processes.
- Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders, which involves scope development, subcontractor and material supplier negotiations, and ensuring accountability for all required subcontractor deliverables.
- Ensure project safety by managing consultant services, conducting site-specific job hazard analyses, and achieving safety objectives from start to finish.
- Manage project costs, including the preparation of control estimates, cash flow forecasts, margin forecasts, and conducting monthly cost meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
