Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate design and construction meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive progress reports.
- Support the management of Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals.
- Review and negotiate estimates, as well as process change orders efficiently.
- Coordinate project timelines and contractual schedules.
- Maintain organized job record files for easy access and reference.
- Assist in field inspections to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and shop drawings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license is required.
