Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Rhenus Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Work closely with our logistics and transportation teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English; bilingual a plus.
