Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering product questions and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist Customers: Assist customers in person and over the phone, building trust-based relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining work order files and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Stock and Maintain Inventory: Stock shelves, set up displays, and manage inventory levels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Retrieve and Lift Products: Retrieve and lift products up to 50 lbs, frequently.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, frequently.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Driver's License: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Equipment Experience: Previous experience selling and operating tinting equipment.
