* Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits
* Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

Requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills and a track record of over-achieving quota
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proficient in English
* Strong data entry skills
* Computer skills
* Experience with outbound calling
* Analytical skills
* Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
* Sales and upselling experience preferred
