Job Summary

The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the Social Media & Integrated Marketing team at LUXURY BRAND PARTNERS L to support the creation and execution of organic content, with a strong focus on TikTok and community management. This role will report to the Executive Director of Social Media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for TikTok, including video production and calendar management.
  • Host and assist in producing weekly TikTok Lives for the social team.
  • Manage scheduling and content creation for YouTube shorts.
  • Film and edit trending content for social platform use.
  • Assist with on-set content creation for production shoots.
  • Monitor and analyze trends across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Assist with social listening across all social platforms.
  • Lead community management across all social platforms, including comments, DMs, and user-generated content interaction.
  • Manage content and organize folders for the department.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in the social and digital space, with a solid understanding of social media platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of the LUXURY BRAND PARTNERS L brand, products, and customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced social media environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
