Key Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate:

  • Authenticate sensitive customer data and assess potential clients for wireless service offerings.
  • Accurately maintain and refresh customer records in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while actively addressing customer inquiries to identify the most suitable service packages.
  • Engage with customers directly, ensuring a friendly, positive, and professional interaction at all times.
  • Participate in events and collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales objectives.
  • Work alongside Enrollment Specialists, Sales Managers, and Marketing personnel to devise innovative strategies for enhancing customer acquisition.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, services, and benefits available to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 0-2 years of experience in roles such as Enrollment Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, or related fields.
  • A genuine passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to independently solve problems.
  • A motivation to advance one's career and contribute meaningfully.

After completing training, we offer a competitive base salary with the potential for additional commissions based on individual performance. Our entry-level associates typically earn between $800 and $1600 weekly.
