Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at Jessica Mcardle - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will play a key role in establishing customer relationships, educating customers about insurance options, and developing leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Insurance Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
  • Lead Development: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Agent Team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Interest in Insurance: Demonstrated interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • People-Oriented: Ability to work with diverse customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills to learn and utilize insurance software and systems.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the Agent Team to achieve business objectives.
