We are in search of an Associate Director of Admissions to become a vital member of our team, collaborating closely with the Director of Admissions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting students and families with suitable summer opportunities, ensuring a smooth admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a primary contact for Education Unlimited, engaging with parents, students, and staff
- Oversee the daily operations of the Admissions Office
- Develop and execute an annual recruitment and enrollment strategy
- Guide prospective students and families through the admissions journey
- Work in partnership with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and materials
- Prepare applications for tuition assistance and collaborate with special groups
- Manage enrollment data and support on-site camp personnel
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative support.
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with a positive demeanor.
Experience in CRM, client services, or sales is highly desirable.
