Core Responsibilities:

  • Over 5 years of experience in executive support or office administration within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Proficient in developing and coordinating outreach initiatives.
  • Skilled in managing website content and updating social media platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of IC processes and protocols.
  • Expertise in calendar management and scheduling.
  • Adept at performing administrative functions in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or Lotus Notes.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience in a professional or military environment in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in liaising with government entities.
  • Proficient in calendar maintenance, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling administrative tasks related to training, conferences, or seminars.
  • Experience in tracking employee leave and travel, along with drafting and proofreading correspondence.
  • Knowledge of basic office management and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Experience in developing or coordinating outreach initiatives.
  • Familiarity with website content management and social media updates.
  • Experience within IC domains.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
