Patient Services Representative

High Desert Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Greets Patients and Visitors: Welcome patients and visitors with a smile and make eye contact to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provides Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Handles Patient Communications: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear and concise information to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Maintains Confidentiality: Handle sensitive patient information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Works Collaboratively: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to provide high-quality patient care and achieve departmental goals.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
- Medical Receptionist Experience: One year of experience in a medical receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Compassion and Empathy: Show compassion and empathy towards patients and colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $38,022.40 to $50,689.60 per year, non-exempt.
