Job Title: Ski & Club Concierge - AspenX Mountain Club

As a Ski & Club Concierge at AspenX Mountain Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests. This role requires a high level of personalized service, anticipating and fulfilling member requests with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with members and recognize them by name
  • Anticipate and fulfill member requests, including ski passes, private lessons, and restaurant bookings
  • Coordinate member requests, such as transportation, cultural events, and spa appointments
  • Develop relationships with local vendors to facilitate member requests
  • Stay aware of events and community activities
  • Direct members to specific ski areas within the Aspen Snowmass mountains
  • Recommend hotel restaurants, bars, and services, and assist with reservations
  • Receive and deliver messages, packages, and faxes for members
  • Coordinate and post charges for ski tunes, race course fees, and other fees to member accounts
  • Assist with mailing, shipping, and lost baggage claims
  • Keep up-to-date records of member guest visits and report to the Club Manager
  • Use computer for assigned duties and email communications
  • Coordinate dining room requests and assist with retail inventories and sales
  • Expedite ski locker room coffee service and housekeeping requests
  • Store and retrieve ski equipment for members and follow morning checklist
  • Responsible for overseeing ski equipment in the boot lounge area
  • Responsible for pick-up and return of member rental skis and assist with packing and shipping
  • Intimate knowledge of local mountains and daily ski conditions
  • Keep work areas neat and clean and ensure refreshment areas are replenished and restocked
  • Assist with any problems with ski equipment and maintain good communication with other departments
  • Make Club Manager and Membership Director aware of member comments or complaints
  • Complete tasks and projects delegated by Club Manager and assist other Club departments as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous private club or hospitality experience in a 5-star property preferred
  • Excellent spoken English, bi-lingual helpful
  • Knowledge of skiing, ski equipment, Aspen, and surrounding areas
  • Typing and computer skills
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, walk, or be on feet for extended periods
  • Regularly work indoors with no adverse conditions, with occasional exposure to outdoor elements
  • Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs individually or with assistance
