Position Summary
The Luggage Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for guests upon their arrival and departure. This position involves assisting guests with their luggage and providing them with essential information and services.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and escort guests to their accommodations, managing their luggage with care and precision.
• Provide a comprehensive overview of hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Ensure guest rooms are prepared and inform guests about room features and safety protocols.
• Manage luggage for group check-ins according to established guidelines.
• Adhere to baggage tagging and ski storage procedures.
• Transport guest skis to the Ski Concierge and assist with their retrieval at day's end.
• Support the Concierge and Ski Concierge by answering calls and taking messages as needed.
• Assist with valet parking and other guest services as required.
• Stay informed about daily hotel operations to direct guests accurately.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Concierge to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Deliver messages and packages to guest rooms promptly, ensuring proper placement.
• Aid departing guests with luggage handling and check-out procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and storage areas.
• Regularly polish bell carts to uphold hotel standards.
• Report any guest concerns or deficiencies to management immediately.
• Exhibit a consistently friendly and courteous demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to grooming and attendance standards as outlined in the Employee Resource Guide.
• Comply with all policies and procedures of The Little Nell and Aspen Skiing Company.
• Familiarize oneself with hotel emergency and safety protocols.
• Assist in emergency situations as directed by management.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational needs.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Previous experience in a hotel setting is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in the English language is essential.

Work Environment
This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods. Employees may work in varying conditions, including outdoor environments, and must be prepared to navigate uneven surfaces. The position may involve lifting, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
