Position Summary
The Chief Concierge plays a pivotal role in extending the warm welcome and hospitality of our esteemed residences. This position involves assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations at the Concierge desk, including the guidance, training, and development of the concierge team. The Chief Concierge is dedicated to personalizing service in every interaction with our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Master all essential functions of a Concierge
• Act as a working supervisor at the Reception Desk
• Address immediate employee needs and concerns
• Review and finalize daily reports
• Ensure seamless operation of registration and cashiering areas
• Prepare for guest arrivals by reviewing special requests and room assignments
• Manage newspaper orders and ski package tickets
• Coordinate breakfast orders weekly
• Assist in tracking employee hours
• Promote a friendly and professional atmosphere among staff
• Facilitate training for new concierge team members
• Maintain awareness of local events and activities
• Foster relationships with local restaurants and vendors
• Organize literature for local recreational activities
• Address guest complaints and keep management informed as necessary

Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred
• Strong knowledge of the local area
• Proficient in computer skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus

Work Environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Regular indoor work with some outdoor exposure
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
