Position Summary
The Chief Guest Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at The Little Nell. This position involves assisting the Front Office Manager with daily operations at the Concierge desk, overseeing the team’s training and development, and ensuring personalized service in every interaction with guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities
• Master all essential functions of a Concierge
• Act as a working supervisor at the Reception Desk
• Address immediate employee needs and concerns
• Oversee daily reports and ensure accurate closing procedures
• Facilitate smooth operations in registration and cashiering areas
• Review guest arrivals and special requests to preemptively resolve issues
• Manage daily newspaper orders and ski package ticketing
• Ensure timely breakfast orders are placed weekly
• Support the Front Office Manager in tracking employee hours
• Foster a professional and courteous environment among Concierge staff
• Assist in training new Concierge team members
• Maintain awareness of local events and activities to enhance guest experiences
• Build relationships with local restaurants and vendors for optimal service
• Organize and maintain informational literature for guests
• Address guest complaints effectively while keeping management informed

Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Aspen and surrounding areas
• Proficient computer skills are necessary
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Employees may occasionally need to lift up to 30 lbs. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work, requiring adaptability to various conditions.
