Senior Vice President of Operations

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our senior leadership team as the Senior Vice President of Operations. This is a critical role that will drive the strategic operations plan to support our rapid growth while improving the gross margin profile of the business across all categories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy a strategic manufacturing plan aligned with our overall business strategy and operational objectives.
- Oversee planning, sourcing, production, and delivery to ensure product quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
- Review analyses of cost, operations, and forecast data to progress toward stated goals and objectives and provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, timelines, and critical items.
- Build and maintain relationships across the company with all levels of internal and/or external parties.
- Ensure a safe and health-oriented work environment for all and build a culture where customer service and quality are at the heart of everyday business.
- Lead continuous process improvement, reduction of waste, efficiency of production lines, reduction of manufacturing costs in a Lean Manufacturing environment, using key performance indicators and benchmarking.
- Develop future leaders by providing resources and support to develop skills and capabilities through unique development opportunities.
- Consistently demonstrate operational excellence and the balance of calculated risk-taking.
- Leverage a breadth of knowledge in influencing senior leaders to adopt new methods and technologies that define and drive the overall business strategy in a fast-changing environment.
- Ensure the company's leadership in the implementation of sustainable development programs (strategies, meetings, monitoring, etc.).
- At least 20 years of experience in manufacturing with 10 years in leadership positions.
- Baking experience preferred; CPG manufacturing experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree at a minimum; MBA preferred.
- Track record of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
- A competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $250,000 annually.
- Potential for variable compensation based on skills and capabilities, as well as individual and company performance.
