About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to lead our Portfolio Strategy and Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and financial success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our portfolio of events, including budget planning, event planning, and management.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of experienced professionals in the development and execution of our events strategy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our events strategy.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our events, including budget management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including event attendees, sponsors, and partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our events strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in our events operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that drive business growth and financial success.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budget planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Customer Engagement: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including event attendees, sponsors, and partners.
  • Market Analysis: Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our events strategy.
