  • Conduct thorough analyses of competitor actions and market trends to guide strategic choices and positioning.
  • Establish both short-term and long-term objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and create a resource allocation plan.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to prepare offerings for market launch, leveraging customer insights and market opportunities.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Lead business development efforts, establishing direct relationships with key accounts to achieve revenue targets in the professional height safety sector.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities to enhance sales and market presence.
  • Develop processes and infrastructure to support business growth and client management.
  • Act as a player-coach, initially overseeing business development and key accounts while building lead generation and account management teams over time.

Relationship Building:

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team dedicated to driving revenue in the professional height safety market.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
