Position Overview:
As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategies to establish a strong foothold in the professional height safety market. Utilizing your extensive industry expertise, you will spearhead the sales and channel strategy, focusing on building relationships with distributors to enhance revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan for entry into the professional height safety market, ensuring alignment with TZP's overarching goals.
- Conduct thorough analyses of competitor actions and market trends to guide strategic choices and positioning.
- Establish both short-term and long-term objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and create a resource allocation plan.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to prepare offerings for market launch, leveraging customer insights and market opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Lead business development efforts, establishing direct relationships with key accounts to achieve revenue targets in the professional height safety sector.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities to enhance sales and market presence.
- Develop processes and infrastructure to support business growth and client management.
- Act as a player-coach, initially overseeing business development and key accounts while building lead generation and account management teams over time.
Relationship Building:
- Utilize your industry network to foster relationships with stakeholders, customers, and potential partners, enhancing the TZP brand and customer base.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development, marketing, and sales.

Product Development and Marketing Collaboration:
- Engage closely with the product development team to ensure our offerings meet the requirements and standards of the professional height safety market.
- Provide market-driven insights to inform product enhancements and innovations.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and strategies with sales initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team dedicated to driving revenue in the professional height safety market.
- Promote a collaborative and results-oriented culture across functions, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development within the height safety sector, ideally in a large regional or national capacity.

- Strong leadership skills with a focus on process development and team building.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in sales/business development, with significant experience in the height safety sector.
- 7+ years of experience leading professional sales teams.
