  • Financial Management: 5+ years of experience in budget creation and effective budget management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven success working in matrixed organizations, influencing internal stakeholders, and driving business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Strong relationship builder, articulate and responsive in communications, and eloquent in the written and spoken word.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining brand and business objectives.
  • Culture Builder: Strong culture builder with a good eye for talent and able to develop and motivate staff.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $185,000 - $210,000 depending on experience.
