Federal Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Managing Director to lead our Federal Business Development and Client Leadership team in Washington D.C.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop opportunities for new, creative risk solutions for public sector clients across diverse geographies
- Assist in the development and placement of Aon's (re)insurance solutions for Federal, State, Local and Multinational entities
- Represent Aon at various conferences and other public speaking engagements, providing expert level insights and information relevant to governments
- Build, maintain and leverage high impact relationships with key elected officials, public sector officials, public policy stakeholder groups, including advocacy groups, trade associations, business community
- Assist other Public Sector business leads in developing opportunities for other Aon solutions with Federal entities
- 10 years of experience working for the Federal government
- 10 years of experience with the (re)insurance industry
