This position reports to

Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will have the chance to organize and facilitate technical training sessions for both internal and external clients, focusing on products, systems, and technologies in line with contractual obligations and budget constraints. Daily, you will oversee the delivery of training using appropriate products and materials. You will also leverage your expertise to assist in identifying and determining suitable training courses for clients. The work model for this role is: LI# On-site. This role contributes to the Motion NEMA Motors sector. Key stakeholders include our internal and external clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Developing training materials and preparing equipment necessary for new product training sessions.
• Providing relevant internal teams with all documentation required for invoicing.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving high levels of client satisfaction through training and support processes.
• Coordinating the acquisition of products, tools, peripherals, and documentation essential for training courses.

Qualifications for the role
  • High School Diploma or GED AND 6 years' experience OR Associate's degree AND 4 years' experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2 years' experience
  • Prior experience in Health and Safety or Training is preferred
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and implement OSHA regulations where applicable.
  • Demonstrated success in safety, quality, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in guiding direct reports to achieve specific objectives.
  • Experience in continuous improvement through leading change and utilizing MS 365
  • Candidates must already possess work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the US.
