Position Overview

We are a full-service provider specializing in highly-engineered cylindrical rolls, plates, and related components utilized in various manufacturing sectors, including corrugated packaging and consumer goods. Our clientele spans across North America, particularly focusing on the Southeastern and Upper Midwestern regions of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to drive sales and support product offerings
  • Engage with clients to evaluate their needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to enhance product promotion and technical support
  • Create and deliver technical presentations to articulate the value of our products and services
  • Work closely with customers and production teams to adapt products for optimal performance
  • Suggest modifications to equipment or materials that can lead to cost savings or efficiency improvements
  • Design product configurations that align with customer specifications
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to secure orders
  • Provide technical training to clients and relay feedback for product enhancement
