Overview:
RightDirection Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and security-cleared Systems Specialist with extensive expertise in the Microsoft Exchange ecosystem to enhance our support for the U.S. Department of Treasury. This role is a full-time position that requires on-site presence. Candidates will be subject to a thorough federal background and clearance verification process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive knowledge base, configuration, and support documentation.
  • Create detailed documentation, diagrams, and flowcharts that illustrate automation and orchestration workflows.
  • Provide cross-training sessions to team members on specialized technology solutions.
  • Contribute to various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.

Microsoft Exchange Management:
Ensure the stability and reliability of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016, Microsoft Skype, Microsoft WSUS, and other Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee Active Directory and Exchange management and administration.
  • Support and monitor Active Directory replication across a multi-site environment.
  • Manage Group Policy and Active Directory trusts.
  • Conduct scripting and PowerShell tasks related to Exchange and Active Directory.
  • Ensure the management and maintenance of Active Directory and Exchange backup and disaster recovery processes.
  • Administer email security gateways (anti-spam) and Microsoft WSUS.
  • Assist various teams including Telecom, Server, Network, Development, and Technical Support as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain SSL certificates.
  • Provide support for Windows file servers and oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of Microsoft software.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess an active Security Clearance and demonstrate proven experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange servers as outlined above.
