Within the Modern Work Specialists team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced specialists who are driven to develop and secure strategic opportunities that provide comprehensive thought leadership, deliver substantial customer value, and facilitate transformative outcomes for clients.

The Specialist will collaborate closely with clients to assess their cybersecurity requirements and propose optimal solutions from Microsoft's extensive product and service offerings.

As a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist, you will design secure digital transformation strategies in partnership with clients, working with various stakeholders within the customer ecosystem to enhance their security posture.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  • OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Other Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Meeting Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements is essential for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the necessary clearance may lead to employment consequences.

Clearance Verification:

This position necessitates successful verification of the stated security clearance to fulfill federal government customer requirements. Candidates will be required to provide clearance verification information prior to receiving an employment offer.

Cloud Screening:

Candidates must successfully complete a Microsoft Cloud background screening, which will be conducted bi-annually.

Citizenship Verification:

This role requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions. It specifically supports U.S. federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to citizenship-based restrictions as mandated by applicable law.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  • OR a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, coupled with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • OR a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in solution or services sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution: Coordinate a virtual team to assess customer needs and devise strategies that proactively build a stakeholder network to expedite and finalize Intune Suite software and Surface hardware opportunities.
  • Consultative Solution Sales: Implement best practices in solution sales, including discovery and crafting differentiated solution strategies.
  • Business Value Selling: Cultivate and enhance relationships with customer business decision-makers. Collaborate with other sellers to identify and qualify new Modern Work opportunities.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of Intune Suite software opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise: Engage in discussions with Modern Work Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Information Technology Decision Makers (ITDMs), sharing best practices and competitive insights.
  • Sales Excellence: Strategically plan for accounts across territories, complete business analyses, and pursue high-potential customers.
  • Model Microsoft Values: Achieve results through teamwork and exemplify Microsoft values.
