Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Solutions Specialist to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our customers on Microsoft security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sales support to customers and partners on Microsoft security solutions, including M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft security solutions and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to customers and partners to showcase Microsoft security solutions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Microsoft security solutions remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting, with a focus on security solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer engagement.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud security architectures, solutions, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines, such as Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Azure Security.
  • Industry certifications, such as CISSP or CCSP.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of relevant products and solutions, including security information and event management (SIEM) systems, next-gen web application firewalls, and threat detection technologies.
