About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at Privateer Space, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Growth Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and customers, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives: Develop and lead business development initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.
  • Manage and Analyze Business Performance: Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates, to inform business growth strategies.
  • Develop and Maintain a Strong Network: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including government officials, industry leaders, and customers, to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Business Development Experience: Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service.
  • Active TS Clearance and Eligibility for SCI Clearance: Must have an active TS clearance and be eligible for SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-Related Discipline: Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.
