Position Summary:

We are in search of a qualified Finance Manager to oversee financial operations. This role entails managing payroll and accounting functions at the branch level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary administrator for payroll and accounting functions within the branch.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of payroll documentation.
  • Oversee the purchase order management for project-related expenditures.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and punctuality of all payroll and accounting tasks.
  • Formulate and enforce policies to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
  • Offer support and direction to branch personnel regarding payroll and accounting issues.
  • Compile and assess financial reports to deliver insights into the branch's financial health.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of general financial accounting and cost accounting principles.
  • Ability to comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications is expected.
