Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as interns at SEKISUI Aerospace. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departmental activities and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Summary

The Automation/Controls Intern will assist with daily departmental duties, including research, data entry, filing, document creation, and coordination activities. You will also have the opportunity to shadow members of the assigned department, prepare reports and documents, and handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily departmental duties, including research, data entry, filing, and document creation.
  • Shadow members of the assigned department to gain a deeper understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare reports and documents to support departmental activities.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  • Contribute to the development of process documentation and improve departmental efficiency.
  • Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about department and office operations.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with detailed information/data.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Basic awareness of ERP module and systems.
  • Ability to organize, conduct, and schedule meetings.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required. Working towards a related Bachelor's degree preferred.
