Job Overview

FACILITIES OPERATIONS MANAGER

This position is responsible for overseeing the operational integrity of one or more commercial office or flex/industrial properties. The role involves managing maintenance, cleaning, and mechanical functions while addressing tenant inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address tenant requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform daily inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
  • Identify maintenance challenges and collaborate with the Property Manager to implement solutions.
  • Execute repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate all outsourced maintenance services, including cleaning, HVAC, snow removal, landscaping, window washing, and security.
  • Manage and operate building energy management systems and related programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in building maintenance is essential.
  • A mechanical background is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of relevant building maintenance experience is required, with a preference for commercial settings.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
