Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through effective talent management, performance development, and organizational design.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and policies that support our business strategy.
  • Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on people management aspects of their business, including organizational development, leadership development, and change management.
  • Collaborate with our COE colleagues to develop comprehensive talent processes and programs that drive business results.
  • Use data and analytics to inform and influence decisions, identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
