Human Resources Business Partner

Ping Identity is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its North America Sales and Marketing team. As a champion of the Ping culture, you will mold a great workplace environment aligned with Ping's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to execute business strategy and provide HR guidance.
- Establish trust and credibility with leaders and employees by providing guidance on HR-related issues.
- Design and implement new programs and policies that align with Ping's overall business strategy.
- Guide leaders through employee development and performance coaching processes.
- Partner with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation practices, performance management, and employment laws.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
