We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing initiatives. This role focuses on crafting and executing strategies that enhance the company's market visibility and establish a distinctive brand voice.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch)
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and a genuine passion for marketing, employing innovative techniques to drive results. The individual will be a proficient marketing strategist, capable of inspiring creativity and enthusiasm within the team.
The primary objective is to expand the company's market share and optimize revenue streams to remain competitive.
- Formulating and executing the Brand strategy.
- Creating marketing strategies for both new and existing products.
- Overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Leading, managing, and mentoring the marketing team to establish priorities, execute plans, and foster professional growth.
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Product Development teams to provide necessary tools, materials, and presentations to achieve commercial goals.
- Ensuring the marketing objectives are effectively executed by the marketing team.
- Working with creative and production teams to define marketing materials and initiatives.
- Possessing strong expertise in Content Production and Editing to guide the team.
- Managing social media presence and directing programs to enhance social media reputation and recognition.
- Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies for the organization.
- Conducting ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape and consumer trends.
- Managing budgets and allocating resources across projects.
- Establishing clear testing strategies and success metrics (traffic, subscribers, etc.) for programs, regularly reporting progress and insights to inform future directions.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about trends and competitor marketing activities.
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- A proven track record of success in senior digital marketing roles.
- Experience with online marketing programs (SEM/SEO, CSE, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Marketplace).
- A confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
- Ability to identify unique branding opportunities.
- Familiarity with Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in Content Marketing.
- Proficiency in identifying and collaborating with Influencers and affiliates.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Up-to-date with current online marketing techniques and best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google AdWords.
- Extensive experience in analytics and data analysis.
- Prior experience in B2B and/or B2C retail environments.
- Experience in digital marketing, including traffic acquisition, affiliates, emails, data analytics, creative, social, mobile, video, and more.
- Experience in managing, developing, and mentoring a medium-sized team, including Marketing and Creative personnel.
