We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to oversee the organization's marketing initiatives. This role primarily focuses on crafting and executing strategies to enhance the company's market visibility and establish a distinctive brand voice.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch)

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and a genuine passion for marketing, capable of employing innovative marketing strategies. The individual will be a proficient marketing strategist, inspiring creativity and enthusiasm within the team.

The objective is to expand the company's market share and optimize revenue to remain competitive.

  • Formulating and executing the Brand strategy.
  • Creating marketing strategies for both new and existing products.
  • Supervising the implementation of marketing strategies, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Leading, managing, and mentoring the marketing team to set priorities, execute marketing objectives, and foster professional growth.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales and Product Development teams to enable them to achieve their commercial goals by providing necessary tools and materials.
  • Ensuring the marketing objectives are met by the marketing team.
  • Working with creative and production teams to define marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Possessing extensive experience in Content Production and Editing to guide the team.
  • Managing social media presence and directing programs to enhance social media reputation and recognition.
  • Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies for the organization.
  • Conducting ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape and consumer trends.
  • Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively among projects.
  • Establishing clear testing strategies and success metrics (traffic, subscribers, etc.) for programs, regularly reporting progress, and explaining how results will inform future direction.
  • Conducting general market research to stay informed about trends and competitors' marketing activities.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in senior digital marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with online programs (SEM/SEO, CSE, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Marketplace).
  • A confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
  • Ability to identify unique branding opportunities.
  • Proficient in Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience in Content Marketing.
  • Skilled in finding Influencers and affiliates.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date with current online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google AdWords.
  • Well-versed in analytics and analysis.
  • Previous experience in B2B and/or B2C retail environments.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including traffic acquisition, affiliates, emails, data analytics, creative, social, mobile, video, and more.
  • Prior experience in managing, developing, and mentoring a medium-sized team, including Marketing and Creative personnel.
