Junior Sales Manager

We currently have an opening for a Junior Sales Manager. This role will be based in our office, where we prioritize opportunities for professional growth, skill enhancement, and a positive work environment. The Junior Sales Manager will collaborate with our Senior Client Service Managers to ensure the effective execution of customer outreach programs in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement promotional outreach initiatives alongside fellow Sales Representatives to cultivate a compelling brand presence and expand our customer base.
- Generate enthusiasm around our clients' brands with the aim of boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver concise presentations to prospective customers to promote our clients' brands and enhance profit margins.
- Monitor and address all customer inquiries and issues.
- Propose strategies to broaden our clients' outreach potential in the local market.
- Adhere to all company and client standards.
- Comply with all guidelines set forth by our clients and the company.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Trainees to manage the daily operations of a designated territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are essential.
- Background in client or brand management is preferred.
- Comfortable presenting to both large and small audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Genuine interest in marketing, business development, or brand management.
- Commitment to community service and helping others.
Requirements:
- Availability for full-time hours.
- Willingness to work in-office and participate in events.
- Ability to travel locally.
