Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Glass Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for utilizing your Solution B2B Selling skills and technical expertise to close orders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Excelling in a high-volume inbound RFQ environment
- Building strong, value-driven relationships with key customers
- Providing technical product knowledge and specifications to clients
- Increasing sales volume, product mix, and profit margin in designated accounts
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer priorities and ensure satisfaction
- Managing customer accounts and information in CRM systems
- Analyzing and interpreting customer needs from RFQs and project specifications
- Negotiating pricing and generating proposals using CRM systems
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales with the glass industry
- Proficient in CRM systems and computer savvy
- Preferably experienced with HubSpot or similar software
- Demonstrated success across all sales processes, from planning to closing
- Strong time management and discipline in task organization
- Excellent listening, negotiating, and presenting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Consistently exceeds sales KPIs

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package includes:
- Base salary: $50,000 guaranteed
- Commission potential: Opportunity to earn $50,000+ in commissions from provided inbound leads
- Earning potential: No cap on commissions, with total earnings starting at $100,000+
