Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Glass Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for utilizing your Solution B2B Selling skills and technical expertise to close orders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excelling in a high-volume inbound RFQ environment
  • Building strong, value-driven relationships with key customers
  • Providing technical product knowledge and specifications to clients
  • Increasing sales volume, product mix, and profit margin in designated accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer priorities and ensure satisfaction
  • Managing customer accounts and information in CRM systems
  • Analyzing and interpreting customer needs from RFQs and project specifications
  • Negotiating pricing and generating proposals using CRM systems

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales with the glass industry
  • Proficient in CRM systems and computer savvy
  • Preferably experienced with HubSpot or similar software
  • Demonstrated success across all sales processes, from planning to closing
  • Strong time management and discipline in task organization
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, and presenting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Consistently exceeds sales KPIs

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes:

  • Base salary: $50,000 guaranteed
  • Commission potential: Opportunity to earn $50,000+ in commissions from provided inbound leads
  • Earning potential: No cap on commissions, with total earnings starting at $100,000+
