Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, emphasizing resource management, cross-team negotiations, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on schedule and to a high standard.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and navigate key trade-offs using data.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining analytics for tracking, forecasting, and visualizing resource consumption.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Solid understanding of GPU technology and its applications in AI and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience in compute capacity management and financial analysis is a plus.
