As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your technical skills to guide intricate, multi-disciplinary initiatives from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, assess risks, manage timelines, and effectively communicate with diverse teams across the organization.
The Knowledge and Information Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams operate globally. In this position, you will work closely with the SRE leadership to enhance operational rhythms for teams across various sectors including Search, Assistant, Geo, and Commerce. You will spearhead multi-disciplinary initiatives, collaborate with internal clients to define requirements, and navigate projects through their entire lifecycle. This encompasses managing timelines, identifying potential risks, analyzing data, and articulating objectives to stakeholders. Projects may involve coordination across different offices and time zones, and you will play a key role in ensuring that project progress and deadlines are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with critical internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze extensive data sets, develop metrics, and create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Simplify complex ideas into impactful executive-level presentations and reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, and automate processes.
- Design and implement organization-wide processes and programs, drive change initiatives, and effectively prioritize ongoing challenges.
The base salary range for this full-time position is competitive and includes additional benefits such as bonuses and equity. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual compensation is influenced by various factors including job-related skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details can be discussed during the hiring process.
