Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Go-To-Market Technology (GTM Tech) Platform team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact programs that accelerate our mission of powering prosperity around the world.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a deep understanding of technical concepts and a proven track record of building strong business partnerships. You will work closely with our marketing, product management, engineering leaders, architects, and operations group to drive program strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and own the technical program management for Intuit's Go-To-Market platform, with touch points across our India, US, and global teams.
  • Aid in planning and partnering with key stakeholders to develop and execute program plans.
  • Communicate program plans, status, and risks to Director, Vice President level stakeholders.
  • Build trust and drive change on programs across multiple portfolios.
  • Lead cross-functional dependency management for programs.
  • Drive and own program strategy, including tying business unit, portfolio, and program strategy together.
  • Prioritize initiatives within programs and surface risks and trade-offs.
  • Break down and organize programs into manageable pieces that can be delegated or individually owned.
  • Drive status and reporting structure in a manner consistent with Agile principles and program needs.
  • Partner with leadership to create an environment where teams are recognized and encouraged to work on programs.
  • Develop decision-making principles and recommendations for decisions.
  • Identify risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Use data, principles, and risk mitigation to assess progress to plan.

Requirements

  • Strong program management leadership experience, including 15+ years leading multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.
  • Proven ability in anticipating and managing risks in programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
  • Computer science education or equivalent experience.
  • 10-15 years of experience in technology-focused programs.
  • Agile experience preferred.
