As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your technical skills to guide intricate, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with stakeholders to outline requirements, assess risks, manage timelines, and effectively communicate with diverse partners throughout the organization.
The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams within Knowledge and Information operate globally. In this position, you will work closely with the SRE leadership to enhance business processes for teams across various sectors, including Search, Assistant, Geo, and Commerce. Your role will involve leading complex projects, defining requirements with internal stakeholders, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. This encompasses managing timelines, identifying potential risks, analyzing data, and articulating objectives to stakeholders. Projects may span multiple locations and time zones, requiring you to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with key internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze extensive data sets, develop metrics, and create insightful reports and dashboards.
- Simplify complex ideas into effective executive-level presentations and reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, and automate processes.
- Design and implement organization-wide processes and programs, drive change initiatives, and effectively prioritize ongoing challenges.
The base salary range for this full-time position is competitive and includes additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
